Refunds policy
If you are not completely satisfied with the product you purchase from GO4 Photography you may return it in full within 5 working days, but must inform us within 48 hours, in writing. Failing to do so will confirm acceptance as good and fit for purpose. Print orders may be cancelled up to 48 hours from date of order. Any costs incurred thereafter are wholly the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged Goods
Should any merchandise arrive damaged, please retain all packing materials and product.
Please send us an email in advance before returning suspected damaged
items, as it may be that we can rectify the problem. If this is not possible, we will pay
postage cost for return of goods to GO4 Photography, upon arrival.
After 48 hours has elapsed from receipt of an order, suspected faulty goods are to be returned at the customer's expense.
When we receive the item(s) we will replace the damaged goods and pay you for
return postage.

Delivery Policy
We will deliver the goods ordered by you to the address you gave us for delivery at the time you made your order. It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address you gave us is correct and accurate and that there is somebody to sign for and take delivery of the goods if required.
We guarantee to deliver all items within 14 working days of an order being placed. Usually orders are dispatched within 48 to 72 hours of them being received, but during busy periods this may not be possible and could take longer. If your order is urgent or you need your items by a specific date, then please contact us and we will try our best to help.
We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated time, however delays are occasionally experienced, and we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late or non delivery. If we are unable to deliver within our usual delivery time (within 14 working days), and cannot agree another time with you, you will be offered the opportunity to cancel your order and get a full refund.
All orders will be sent out packed safely in a bubble envelope or photographic envelope.
Delivery charges are available in 3 different options:
Royal Mail 1st Class recorded delivery
Charged at 8% of order value, minimum charge of £1.00p applies
Royal Mail 1st Class unrecorded delivery
Charged at 6% of order value, minimum charge of £0.60p applies
Royal Mail 2nd Class unrecorded delivery
Charged at 4% of total order value, minimum charge of £0.50p applies
To choose one of these, just add delivery method to your shopping cart along with the rest of your order. GO4 Photography will always obtain a receipt and proof of posting for packets handed over to the Post Office.
*Please note that the 'Booking Fee' rate option is only applicable to people making online bookings for a wedding
